Our Community Health Workers assist Cayuga County residents between the ages of 15 and 44. Individuals pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or choosing not to become pregnant are eligible. Our CHWs are available to discuss your plans for your reproductive health and the options available locally.

*Pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or not planning to become pregnant - we support all choices.
*Have no insurance or receiving Medicaid
